Beekeeper

Beekeeper Thierry Lambert is as passionate about his work as he is about where he lives. Located on the Plateau des Petites Roches, he produces top-quality honey by hand.

The flavors of his honey come entirely from the flowers that grow on the heights of Petites Roches. The blend of plants and other flowers that grow in the Chartreuse region produces a richly flavored, polyfloral honey. Chartreuse honey offers a fresh, floral touch and makes a creamy, smooth honey. Among these flagship products you’ll find acacia honey, which releases subtle scents, a smooth, mild taste and a sweet, delicate aroma.

Harvested exclusively by hand, the range of different honeys is limited, but of unrivalled quality. Extracted cold, honey retains all its taste and nutritional qualities. Thanks to the protected and privileged environment of the Chartreuse region, honey from the Plateau des Petites Roches is one of the highest-quality organic products available.

Acacia honey has many virtues. In particular, it soothes aches and pains.

In addition to honey jars, you’ll also find a wide range of honey-based products, from sweets and lollies to gingerbread, candles and soaps.
