In the heart of the Chartreuse massif, on the Petites Roches plateau, Marie Duchesne opens the doors of her Roc d’Arguilles workshop. In her artisanal pottery near Grenoble, she makes brilliant use of crushed rocks (feldspar, chalk, silica), local clays and plant ashes for her glazes. A master of artisanal pottery techniques, she fires her pieces at a temperature of 1360° in a gas kiln.
