Beekeeper

The Plateau des Petits Roches is brimming with flowers, plants and other vegetation that provide bees with quality pollen for happy pollination. As a result, beekeepers on the Plateau des Petites Roches can harvest quality honey. They can also offer beehive products, as well as processed beehive products for food and cosmetics such as soaps.

The hives are sedentary, allowing us to produce honey from local flowers without any transhumance. One of the smoothest honeys on the Plateau des Petites Roches is acacia honey. Its pretty color and delicate fragrance make it one of the tastiest honeys around, and one that’s packed with benefits.
